Due to high increase in the amount of bookings from overseas or interstate visitors who wish to have their car waiting for them on arrival, we have prepared the following information that explains what's required if you intend to collect a vehicle from or drop back to either the Perth Domestic Airport or the Perth International Airport.

Perth Airport has separate terminals for international and domestic flights – Terminal 1 (International) and Terminals 2 & 3 (Domestic).

The International Terminal is located on Horrie Miller Drive, which can be accessed off Tonkin Highway. The Domestic Terminals are located on Brearley Avenue, which can also be accessed by exiting off Tonkin Highway.

Ace Rent-A-Car is located at 1004 Albany Highway East Victoria Park (Cnr Oats Street). This location gives us easy access to the Perth Domestic Airport and the Perth International Airport.

For car hire clients who simply book vehicles before arrival, and can collect the vehicle from our Perth or Victoria Park office, all that is required is a booking deposit. The balance can be paid upon collection of the vehicle.

For car hire clients who wish to have vehicles left at either airport, prior to arrival etc., due to the legalities of vehicle insurance all documentation must be attended to before arrival. This is usually done by fax; or post if time permits. Once we receive full details of the hirer, and drivers, (if different), and payment authorisation, we can fax or send a copy of the hire agreement for signature. Once this is completed and returned, the vehicle will be parked at the requested airport. Within the fax or posted information there will be instructions on where the vehicle is parked and how to obtain the key etc.

If you wish to leave a vehicle at the airports at the end of the hire, due to late or weekend departure etc, please inform us at the time of booking.

There are fees for these services which are $28.00 for each service for Perth Domestic Terminal or for Perth International Terminal. Arrival and departure count as one service each. Examples: Picking up vehicle from either Airport but returning to our office will be one $28.00 service. Picking up from our office but returning to either Airport will also be one $28.00 service. Picking up from International Airport and dropping back to Domestic Airport will be 2 x $28.00 services total $56.00 etc.

If intending to pick up the vehicle from our office soon after arrival, please allow for any possible late arrival of aircraft. We regret that under no circumstances can we leave vehicles for hirers unless the documentation has been prepared and signed by the car hire client.

For your information, approximate taxi fares are as follows.

From the Domestic Airport to Ace Rent A Car East Victoria Park approximately $20.00 and from the International Airport approximately $20.00
